Stainless steel gas struts are available in sizes 6-15, 8-18, 10-23 and 14-28. The range of strokes and extended length can be seen on our product pages.

Constructed from 316 stainles steel, these struts are ideal for use in the Marine, off-shore, food and pharmaceutical industries.

The tube of the gas strut can be supplied with either a polished finish or white epoxy powder coated.

The piston rods can be supplied with a chrome plated stainless steel piston rod for harder wearing applications.

The gas struts can be supplied with a variety of end fittings. Eyes are most commonly used and are manufactured from 316 stainless steel. Because of their complexity, ball joints are manufactured from grade 304 stainless. We are however able to supply a nylon ball cup with a 316 stainless steel ball pin (sizes 6-15 and 8-18 only) which is often a more cost effective option.
